The mission of the Delaware Valley Intelligence Center (DVIC) is to provide an integrated, multi-discipline, information sharing network to collect, analyze, and disseminate information to our partners.  Our goal is to provide our stakeholders, which include law enforcement, emergency management, fire and emergency services, and the private sector, with useful information in a timely manner in order to enhance safety and security throughout the Delaware Valley region.

The vision of the DVIC is to provide a centralized, comprehensive, multi-agency, information and intelligence sharing network to enhance the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the agencies involved in all-hazards prevention activities.  The DVIC serves as the central hub for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of all hazard intelligence for the Delaware Valley region.  The DVIC will strive for the highest level of protection for the citizens and critical infrastructure of the Delaware Valley, while strictly adhering to all applicable laws protecting privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties.
